1. Deviating a great deal from what is ordinary, usual, or expected; notably strange or especially peculiar.

2. Remote; out-of-the-way.

1. The man in the shadows with the axe waiting near the docks was quite skeetchy.

2. We found the knife shop in a skeetchy corner of town.

Every weekend I see some guy at the mall charging five dollars to do a ten-minute sketch of peoples' faces.

Newest slang use of freaked out, scared, upset by something whether disconcerning or not. Used mostly by older people with an attempt to connect with the younger generation. Usually not successful.

Nick - "That car almost just rammed into us!"
