Partathering

One of the best events that can be thrown by Sixth Form Students, especially those Middle-Class students who live in relatively quiet suburbs with old neighbours.

Not large enough to be a party (40+), but not small enough to be called a gathering (-10), a partathering usually has the following things:

*cool people
*excessive amounts of alcohol
*binge drinking
*cool host(s)
*drinking games - mainly King Cup and Spin the Bottle
*pulling but not often clunge fun
*someone going "GUYS. KEEP IT DOWN. THIS ISNT A PARTY"

A nick name used on golfing forum sites around the world, created in Melbourne and rose to folklore status through the iseekgolf forums. parsandbirdies was also the founder of the " Collingwood - How good are they!' thread that broke all sporting rules and up to this day is still killing the ratings.

parsandbirdies is a good bloke, a nickname that leaves you in awe, a mad collingood supporter, a great golfer, parsandbirdies is folklore.

pasta attorney

An attorney who accepts food as payment for legal services and counsel, especially home-cooked meals. Normally, attorneys will bill clients for legal advice and services provided during lunch even if the client cooks and/or pays for the entire meal.

Pasta Burner

A somewhat derogatory term used to describe Ducati motorcycles, and all other motorcycles produced in Italy. It is a term based off of "Rice Burners", or what Japanese bikes were referred to as in the 1980's by riders of American motorcycles, particularly Harley Davidson bikes.

I was thinking about buying a pasta burner, but I can't afford the $3000 set of matching leathers.
