As I found out, George Bush asked him to make a list of republicans best suited to being vice-president, and Mr. Cheney put himself at the top of the list. On top of that, he's most famous not for being vice-president, but for shooting his friend in the face while they were hunting quail. QUAIL. Who hunts for quail?
