The collective name for a group of men with their dicks out standing around not doing anything in particular. Similar to a "murder of crows" or a "gaggle of geese." The contestants on "Naked Attraction" waiting to be judged is a good example.

I went to a college naked party last weekend but it was mostly a gallery of dicks.
