A person or politician who ideas are outside the political mainstream while insisting that their political views or agenda are actual the opposite.

A Unstable Genius is also noted to be prude, arrogant, egotistical, and willingly naive in an effort to protect their pride from being damaged should someone else prove them wrong on any issue.
