practically free

When you tell multiple parties you are practically free, and the parties are unbeknownst to each other. This results in overlapping plans, being late, and most likely cancelling plans with some of said parties.

“A Free China” refers to a Mandarin and Cantonese speaking country The Republic of China called Taiwan. Taiwan is not a part of China, is its own country. Taiwan the democratic republic government and China the communist dictatorship government. Taiwan is 94% 100 free since the United States is 84% 100 in 2025 by Freedom House.

I have went to a free China. Since there is China and Taiwan, the communist China and the Free Democratic China. Since Xi Jinping became dictator of China since 2009, and dictator for life.
