The euthanasic term for "silly ass".
It's used for referring to someone who is extremely silly or just plain ridiculous.
It could also be used to poke fun and tease someone as it assumes that they are ignorant and immature/childish.

also equivalent to "silly goose"

Amy you're such a silly butt, I wish you'd just try new foods - it wont kill you!

n. A person who specializes in stealing Silly Bandz. These thieves mainly target young children, often while their victims are displaying or trading their Silly Bandz, leaving them vulnerable. They may also act in marauding gangs, suddenly and sometimes violently attacking their victims without warning.

Guy 1: Dude, have you seen my Silly Bandz? I swear I had a choo-choo train, a poodle and a unicorn just a second ago!

Guy 2: Nah, bro. Must have been a Silly Bandit. Gotta watch out, those thugs are everywhere!
