This individual is ignorant to the true human experience of being compassionate to his fellow female or male friend, family, or business colleagues.
He or she is lacking knowledge or awareness in general of how to genuinely be a helpmate to people. They tend to have the attributes of a carless, narcistic minded person who solely will focus on pulling the best from others for their own personal gain.
