A plain, ordinary, unremarkable male.
e.g., I don't know where she meets these barneys. (They're everywhere, they're everywhere!)

Barney Frank

1.) Massachusetts Congressman and chairman of the House Financial Services committee.

2.) Miserable cocksucker who never takes responsibility for anything that goes wrong, even though he was supposed to be in charge of the oversight for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.

3.) A guy whose speech is fucking impossibly hard to understand.
Dude#1: Did you hear that Barney Frank is all up on the auto industry's dick about this bailout?
Dude#2: I heard him on TV but I couldn't understand a fucking word he said.

Town in South Yorkshire. Stereotyped and judged as a bad place by most people who have not even been there.

Friendly people with a broad yorkshire accent, sometimes hard to understand with their slang.
Surrounded by countryside and offers a lot of historical buildings etc.

Famous for its mines and movies such as brassed off and kes.
Home to the Grimethorpe Colliery Brass Band.

Off your barnett

Off your barnett is when you have consumed a large amount of alcohol and/or drugs and are going on a west one.
Example 1:
Henry: "Hey dude, did you see Chris? He has a line of coke and half an E"

Jimmy: "Haha, yeah he's off his barnett"

Example 2:
Tom: "I'm gonna down this whole bottle of vodka"

Jay: "LAD YOU'RE GONNA BE OFF YOUR BARNETT!"

barneycam

A strange little video series that the white house produces that stars the presidents dog Barney. Would be a typical you-tube quality film except for its produced in the White House by all of our nations top leaders and some celebrities.
Boy 1: Have you seen the new barneycam? Its super swell!
Boy 2: Well golly g! I haven't gandered at it as of now but I sure will!

Barner's Law

Barner's Law states that eventually, no matter if the odds are even beyond impossible, the outcome of a situation is bound to change. This is most commonly used during the ESPN Streak for the Cash game. Depsite a team's record, composure, ability, experience, or any other factor to be considered, Barner's Law states that while on Streak for the Cash, this team will eventually experience the second outcome (ie. if the team is winning a lot, they will lose, or vice versa.). After winning most of the games in the world cup, The Netherlands felt the effect of Barner's Law and lost in the finals.
