Causative verb. To be Mccained.
1) To be screwed, shafted, ripped off.
2) To have no luck.
3) To be worked over by someone.

I worked overtime, and didn't get paid for it; I got mccained big time!
I stepped out the door, and into a pile of dog dodo; I got totally mccained.
I tried hitting on this cute girl, and her boyfriend came over and mccained the s*** out of me; now I'm covered in bruises and have two black eyes!

To pull a fast one usually involving lucrative ammounts of Money distributed via a "Fund" & manipulate the national Media.
An obvious criminal act unsubstantiated due to lack of physical evidence & the authorities unwillingness to act due to pressure from the "old Boy network".
