A person who has become a master of his environment. A gangster gets what he wants when he wants it. It is someone who has figured out the system and and uses it to achieve his goals. Typically a gangster turns to illegal means of making money because they are more profitable. A gangster has a very high opinion of himself because he has built his life and maintains his lifestyle through his own means.
Being a gangster is not about being a violent criminal. In fact, gangsters prefer not to be violent because it often gets in the way of profits. Gangsters are not afraid to become violent when necessary though.
Respect is the second most important currency to a gangster, behind money. A true gangster gives respect, and demands it in return.
In short, a gangster is a pure capitalist, using his own resources to get what he wants.

Nor does the term represent any connection to the mafia, however organized crime is widely accepted in this catagory. The Leisure G is more closely related to the Thug but has unique qualities listed as follows:
1. Their loose/baggy apparel and/or chain(s) are not for show, only comfort and security
2. Their personality is extremely laid back and reserved
3. Any situation life throws at them is handled in a calm, smart, and proactive way
4. They feel no need to impress anybody but themselves, which can also be a potential weakness in some cases.
5. Their ultimate goal in life, as well as on a day-to-day basis, is to achieve a state of complete relaxation. To be stress-free
6. As calm and serene as they are, they are not to be messed with or taken advantage of, for doing so WILL result in the most severe of consequences
7. They have NO regrets
LG's appear to be loners due to the struggles they are facing because they NEVER let their problems become anybody else's business; however this fact may be misleading in that they will often have a wide network of friends expanding into all or most 'groups,' 'cliques,' or 'posses' in any given area. They are like the friendly and lovable teddy bears of the community who will murder you if they are squeezed the wrong way. They are all about quick and simple solutions, and live today like there is no tomorrow.

Whenever possible, gangster devils will unite and work together. GDs readily sense one another's presence and often communicate non verbally. BEWARE OF CONGREGATING GANGSTER DEVILS. The biggest challenge that comes from dealing with GDs is not recognizing them from the start. They are chameleons and experts in disguising their identities. This is done in a plethora of ways, from constantly sipping on hot tea and having snacks at the ready, to adorning their bodies with head-to-toe Ninja Turtle attire. Not looking like a gangster devil is THE key to being a gangster devil, so if someone or something (yes, thing. GDness runs in all animal species) looks too cute and acts too sweet... you probably have a gangster devil on your hands. GDs are very furtive about their allegiances. Not only will they deny it, they will distract you with earthly pleasures to make you forget you considered it. Thus is the nature of the gangster devil- impishly charming their way through your life. So far, the only cure that has been found is adaptation aka the only way to beat a gangster devil is to become one yourself. That is why awareness is key, to stop the cycle before it starts.
