Slang for a large, big, huge, jumbo, fat joint.
Also, referring a fat joint to someone who is overweight.

Stoner#1: "Hey man! Wanna smoke a Destiny after lunch?"
Stoner#2: "Whats a Destiny?"
Stoner#1: "Its a fat joint man!"
Stoner#2: "Oh alright! I'm down for smoking a Destiny!"
