Someone who is on the phone and when you ask to speak with the person on the other line the phone holder hangs ups, and acts like nothing happened.

Person1:Ya sure.
Me:alright
*two minutes later, Person1 hangs up*
Me:WTF!!!
Person1:Oh my bad.
