Presidential Harassment

The ongoing torment and accompanying mental fatigue experienced by a target of an intense investigation into a litany of allegations of which the target is indeed guilty, especially when the target is the president of the United States.

Although El Chapo would likely be sentenced to death, he was relieved to no longer have the cloud of presidential harassment over his head.
