A practical joke played on a person where you continuously fart on a pillow and give it to another to unknowingly sleep on. Derived from the combination of 'fart' and 'pillow'

Can be used in the wider sense as a verb for farting on something

Dude Aaron is coming over, let's fillow his pillow.
