The act of scheduling streaming service viewing to ensure no one is using your account when you want to watch something. Portmanteau of "deconflicting Netflix."

I've been waiting all week to binge this season of NETFLIX ORIGINAL CONTENT, but my sister is hogging the account to watch Pokemon again. We should really deconflix our schedules.

Decompression Nap

When you wake up from a really deep sleep and have to take a nap before you can get up and start your day.

Similar to a deep sea diver stopping on the way up to decompress in order to avoid getting the bends.

"Sorry I'm two hours late to work. I needed a decompression nap this morning"
"I silenced my alarm clock and took a decompression nap"

verb- Often used by people within the gaming community as a shortened version for "disconnect."

Gamer 1: "Hey, where did you go?"

Gamer 2: "Sorry, I had to decon because my mom's yelling at me again for forgetting the cat in the microwave."
