A person that may or may not actually be "skinny," but is in some way weaker, smaller, or less advanced than intermediate/advanced weightlifters and athletes as dictated by Joe DeFranco in Westside for Skinny Bastards.

I used to be a skinny bastard, but after following WS4SBs III, I'm a slightly-less-than-skinny bastard!
