Meaning "calm down" Originally it came from the parody "The Juggernaut Bitch" where The Juggernaut tells the bearded guy, "Comb your beard, I don't wanna hear that shit"

Some kids thought he said "Calm your beard" and then that became a catch phrase. And then this guy Vadah once while AIM'ing misspelled "beard" and typed, "Calm Your Bear", and that caught on.

And now it's all over the GoW games online and soon the streets.

"Yo Vadah, you got my $20?"
"Calm Your Bear, i'll give it to you when I want"

What a person of Jamaican decent says when he is asked to stop standing around with his hands in his pockets and help some customers.

Boss: "Suphel" please stop standing around with your hands in your pockets and help some customers.

"Suphel": Calm down, calm down, no need for the hostility.

Boss: What? I'm not being hostile. I'm telling you to do what I pay you to do.

((a little later))
"Suphel" (in H.R. office): Dat man needs to calm down and stop the picking on me. I do my job.

((next day))
Boss: "Suphel", what did I do to deserve being investigated?

"Suphel": Calm down, calm down. No need for the hostility, mahn.

Boss (exasperated): Fine, do whatever you want. But, so you know, reviews are coming up.

"Suphel": Calm down, calm down....

calm your mom

an expression basically saying to "calm down" but in a more jokingly insulting manner, including the phrase "your mom". If someone says something really dramatically, that you can say "your mom" to, you can basically say "calm your mom".

Girl: "OMG that spider is UGLY."
Me: "Dude, CALM YOUR MOM."
