Unlike the Stingray this type of person wont sting you and is not a fish, but will mooch off your weed,
demand hits like there's no tomorrow, leave you empty handed, and then hand you your bong/pipe with
no weed in the bowl, but ash.

This type of person complains when demands arent met to his/her liking, and returns nothing
