I'm not having it

A term used by Brandon Rogers, when something is so annoying you are almost wanting to kill yourself, but don't want to take the risk.
Girl: OMG your girlfriend is cheating on you for that other guy over there!

are we having fun yet?

Sarcastic remark used to let somebody know that their promises of fun haven't materialized, and that if this is their idea of fun, then they have a very twisted concept of what "fun" is.
Dad drags his son to a museum, promising that it'll be fun. When they arrive, the son is, unsurprisingly enough, really bored.

Son: (in bored voice) Dad, are we having fun yet?

There is no point in having a tail and wagging it

If you are in charge of a group of people there is no point in doing the work yourself, instead of making your workers do it for you.
The supervisor Phil was shoveling sawdust while his workers were watching. Marcus yelled out 'there is no point in having a tail and wagging it'. Phil put the shovel down and made the workers do the shoveling.

silly-having

said of small children who are engaged in a non-dangerous activity (and are not misbehaving morally or otherwise) that is considered silly by adults.
a boy comes home, takes his pet hamster out out of its cage, and brings him out into the backyard, and puts said hamster on the grass in the yard. the hampster starts running away.

The boy's mother starts yelling : Peter you silly-having troglodithe, bring Jerkins ( the hamster) back in immediately. I need to feed him. Besides, looking for your lost pet hamster in the dead of night is a silly activity.

Peter: okay, hang on mom, let me go find Jerkins.
