Term now used by automakers (Toyota) in an attempt to dress-up what is actually yet another RECALL of their vehicles due to MALFUNCTIONING components caused by SUBPAR manufacturing practices and INEFFECTIVE quality assurance procedures.

Prius owner: "OMG Toyota is awesome; they contacted me to participate in a Customer Satisfaction Campaign. I am so happy to be a Toyota owner! They take such good care of me!"
Ford owner: "You are an idiot."

Rogue Customer

A rogue customer is one who gives a tradesman a hard time. This could be down to the customer being perdantic or even going to lengths not to pay there bills often leaving the tradesmen without money for a month. There are only a few ways to get back at these bad customers.

customizing

A trend that has become popular for everything. Customizing clothes, customizing meals, customizing cars, customizing in video games, customizing houses, customizing t-shirts, customizing hairstyles,etc,etc,etc...
Can get really annoying and invasive.

"Godammit, I wanna play Lee Carvallo's Putting Challenge but I gotta do all this customizing bullshit. Argh!! I don't care what hairstyle he has, no, i don't want to select my character's sexual preference..."
