ZOINKERS are most vulnerable when they are infants (still in the "great idea" stage). Once they make it onto a priority list, they feed on resources and grow strong very quickly.
The easiest way to kill a ZOINKER is to feed it some strong MISSION while it is an infant. Once it becomes an adult, the easiest way to kill it is to starve it of resources. You can also delegate it to an incompetent person - but that's cruel. :)

A Linux Distro that looks like Windows and comes with WINEHQ preinstalled, but is useless as Linux Mint can do it even better and you can get WINEHQ on it. Both Linux Mint and Zorin are based off Ubuntu, which itself is based off Debian. There is also a paid version which is kind of weird, as its linux after all
