A magnet school of a few hundred students within the larger United High School. The school's electives are built around engineering. Magnet students are not an even cross section of United High School, however. First, most magnet students are intelligent and know fluent English, a rarity in the city of Laredo. Everyone in magnet also seems to get along well, another uncommon occurrence.
Most Magnet classes are difficult. They are much more difficult than "regular"/"non-magnet" high school courses but are weighted the same as them. There are, of course, classes like ECAD, with their, um, rather unique curriculum and reputation.
Teachers at the magnet have a reputation for being bad ass. They make their class difficult, but in style.
Overall, the whole magnet experience is enjoyable. It is the place to go in Laredo for the best academic program with plenty of fun in it.

The major starting point for G Unot was the 14 minute song "300 Bars 'n' Runnin'". Shortly after its release, The Game led a large protest outside the G-Unit Records building. It involved local O.Gs, along with BWS members, brandishing G-Unot signs with pictures of crossed out rats, and the slogan "Gangsta U Not". Abuse was shouted at G-Unit through megaphones, and it is alleged that The Game produced a handgun, and fired several rounds into the building.

Unitarians are open to other religion and seek to find their own truth and meaning in the world. Its is a very liberal religion. Unitarians are a very active supporting matters of abolition of slavery, women's rights , equal rights, same-sex marriage, the environment, global peace, darfur, homelessness and much more.
the Unitarian youth benefit from it just as much if not more because of their freedom to explore their spirituality without rules on what is the truth.
