Chick-to-Dick Ratio 

The ratio of females to males in any situation, such as a party. Once the ratio has become 0 the get-together may be deemed a sausagefest, but if the ratio is undefined it is known as a tacofest.

The way by which a man measures his level of fitness. If his body mass becomes too large he will not be able to see his penis in which case he is overweight; however, if he is able to look down and see his penis, everything is good.

Situation 1:
Wife: "You are putting on too much weight."

Husband:(Looks down and sees Penis) "Nope I'm good, my penis to mass ratio is normal."

Situation 2:
Doctor: You need to lose some weight if you want to stay healthy"

Patient: "I thought so to, but I got a boner this morning and my penis to mass ratio seems fine."

Doctor: "What?"

ratio of women to men
cod = fish that you're trying to catch.
rod = thing you catch fish with.

Of course, it also works on the (female body part that allegedly smells like fish) / (male body part that sometimes is a rod) level.

a bit like the vicky mendoza line .... but instead of the ratio being between crazy and hot the parameters are between old and attractive (once all the makeup has been removed with some power tools).
