A Nookie Cookie is a Cookie, confection or other bread product that has been soaked, covered or saturated with semen. The purpose of the "Nookie Cookie" is that to challenge pledges to Fraternities during "Rush Week".
An obscure and ancient hazing practice that may or may not be used in fraternal organizational initiations.

Several, if not numberous fraternity members masturbated and ejaculated on to the "Nookie Cookie", which was later served to those that pledged to join their fraternity as to test their personal strength.
