A very annoying, rude, feminine acting male. A word used as the equivalent of gay. It also has been known to be used as a secondary term to mean bitch, douchebag, and even cocksucker. It is commonly used in Orlando, Florida.

Lets say someone is being very annoying and is making you mad, a common insult to them would be "Your like a dang frentress."
