An E-Spliff is what is created when a person attaches a dab pen to a vape (preferably a Juul) to eachother to create a Nicotine and THC high.

As the name suggests, and E-Spliff is the modern version of a Spliff.

Bruh, I hit the E-Spliff and got so high that I couldn't even walk properly.
