Penelope Ingrid Carolina Young (born 6 December 1995), known by the stage name Picy (pronounced PIE-see, formerly Picy Young) is an American model, actress, singer, and YouTuber known for her work for the DollTv platform. Her nickname came from "Spicy Picy", which is given by friends in a high school group, making an acronym of her full name and is currently her YouTube name. She was one of the first people to be associated with the platform in early 2010, under the name Picy Young.

Originally found in an AITA story of a tall man who rejected a short girl because of her height requirements, even though he met them.
