To phlegmanger is to cough ones guts up until a globule of purest lung butter reaches the oral cavity. At which point one savers the delectable morsel for several seconds rolling it around the pallet. phoebe tlx <3

phoebe is the cutest and sweetest girl you'll ever meet. she has the biggest heart, and the most beautiful smile.

however, phoebe can be angsty and mean at times, especially when she misses you. shes extremely random, and goes into baby voice mode sometimes. its weally cute.
