Much like the term 'fuck" the phrase "fat nugs, my guy" can be inserted everywhere and replace any word with no real meaning. Alternatively it can also be used as an exclamation referring to nuggets of marijuana being exceptionally fat.

"Hey man, my mom just died"
"Damn, fat nugs my guy"

"Yo man check out this kush I just got"
"Woah, those are some fat nugs my guy"
