interj. An exclamation that can be used to express affirmation. Much like "cool!" or "neat!" but with a sexier twist to it.

Note: derives from the conjunction (shibby + kinky)

Person A: "My boner is ten inches long."
Person B: "Shinky!"

Is a girl that over tans, wears to much make up, drinks too much, uses guys for rides, wears a lot of baggy clothes and is basically disgusting. They are usually in denial and don't want to admit to who they really are.

Person # 1 says Hey, look its a skinka
Person# 2 says Ohh, yeah nasty man.

The Skinka says: I ain't no skinka !

Known as a bidet in Europe. This sink like fixture is used for cleaning the genitalia after a pleasurable and/or unpleasureable experience.

Ex. 1: After Jimmy found out he slept with a transvestite on his trip to Thailand he used the penis sink to thouroughly cleanse his junk.

Ex. 2: "Bob thats not a fountain, its a penis sink!"
