the term describing someone controlled or heavily influenced by a low class drug. particularly cannabis, pills or excess alcohol. never used with reference to harder drugs e.g crack/cocaine. often used positively but can also be derogatory,context must be understood.

A sarcastic term used to describe dubious characters or anyone taking more from society than they give. Often shortened to “pillar;” it covers the stereotypical chavs, under-achievers and people from grimy social standings..
