To have a list of certain individuals that did something bad to you, that you plan to seek some type of revenge on. Kind of like a Hit List just sometimes less Lethal.

So if Peter stole money from Paul so now Paul added Peter to his Head List to either, get money back, beat hit up, torture, have sex with his wife and Etc. just any type of revenge felt necessary.

non-listener

A NON-LISTENER is simply a selfish twat who utterly refuses to listen to ANYONE, even their own children, family, friends, etc. Incredibly selfish in their existence, they will blow off even the most caring and appreciative folks in their life. Also commonly found to abuse alcohol, which exacerbates their monumental NON-LISTENING. They can usually HEAR you, but do not LISTEN.

Also refers to children who do not LISTEN properly and pay attention. In most cases, it has been found that NON-LISTENER children do not LISTEN because their parents DO NOT LISTEN.
