Someone who cannot consume alcohol because of a health reason or early commitment the next day, they automatically become the Designated Driver to avoid any debate or drama about the issue.

A driver of any vehicle who finds it difficult to maintain a steady speed; fast one moment, slow another. This makes them very difficult to pass.

Girl: Pass this slow guy!
Guy: I can't now, he's speeding up. Stupid bipolar driver.

Idiot driver

Drivers that creep their cars out into traffic and have bad depth perception or coordination while operating a motor vehical. They are seen pulling out & STOPPING into 1 or more of the oncoming lane(s) in order to ensure they will be allowed to turn left in a busy intersection.
Or pump slamming the brakes when there is no need to brake AT ALL.

Typically seen in female drivers but there are a select few males that operate their vehicals like so (idiots).

My mom's boyfriend is an idiot driver.
