A software project that resembles the game of Jenga, due to the complexity and/or poor quality of the code.

Making a change to the code is akin to pulling a block from a Jenga tower - at any moment the whole thing could come crashing down.

Winchester Projects are usually Jenga Projects.

The client wants a new feature added to the Jenga Project? I wonder what we'll break this time?

research project

An example of child slavery. A really crappy project every Year 11 student in South Australia is forced to do against their own will. You have to research one question for six months straight, and you get bored to death. You don't graduate if you don't do it, and there's a high chance of failing and losing brain cells.

Student 1: "What lesson u got next"
Student 2: "research project"
Student 1: "Oh shit"
Student 2: "I'd rather jump off the Westpac Building"

The GasCan Project

An artistic or musical endeavor that's doomed to fail and therefore should be covered in gas before ever attempting.

Also can be used to describe music created in the closet of a trailer and hyped on Reverbnation. Literally "coming out of the closet trailer park music".

"I was thinking of starting a band, but I'm sure it would end up being a Gas Can Project."

"My buddy is coming over later to give me an "oral presentation". I think we'll do it in my closet and call it The GasCan Project."

Can be used to describe where an individual,such as this, lives as well: "Yeah you can come over and record some music in my closet, I live in the GasCan Projects...."
