Scraven

A "scraven" is an individual who when is without, finds away to get by and do with. A scraven is one who goes without, or can get by on very little. scravens often steal, lie , or cheat in order to get ahead or to acquire things they need for survival such as food or clothing. A scraven knows the value of a dollar, so they do not spend their money on over priced objects they do not need, they prefer to steal these things while saving their money for necessities. if a scraven steals something with value, they will seek to sell it and keep the money saved.

1. I was at a jam, and was real fucking high so i ate the crusts of pizza left in a box like a true scrav.

2. Buying chase for a party is a waste of precious change. One will bring a purse into a grocery store and steal a 2 L bottle of coke, like a prime scraven.

noun: A person who listens or joins into the conversations of people unbeknown to him.

verb 1: to scrape, or scrape in, involving yourself in other peoples discussions.

verb 2: Scrape, or Scrape out! is said to scrapes when they scrape in. It then grew into generally meaning "go away". Can be used in lot's of situations

"Gerald is such a scrape, we were chattin about Laura and he joins in like he knows me"

"Bob totally scraped into their group, he's a twat"

Scravenge

Someone who scavenges up all the weed scraps after someone is done packing a bowl and/or Rolling a J. (can be used as Scravenge, Scravenger or Scrav.)

screen scrape

To get data from a screen like a web page or mainframe (green screen) using a program. The program must parse the web page source (HTML) and look for hints, like field label tags. For mainframes is much easier since the screen is just a flat ASCII string.

Screen scrape eBay or Amazon pages and collect product offerings and prices.
