Similar to the definition "whorish." One who presents themselves in a sexual manner, while expecting some type of gratuity in return. Being in a drunken state of mind isn't necessary to act this way, however alcohol is usually involved.

Alex: Did you see that Tea Party rally? I have never seen such an obscene spectacle of prostitutive semanticization in my entire life.
