wear the mask

Wear the mask refer to hiding true self behind a mask. Poet Paul Laurence Dunbar wrote the literary renowned poem "We Wear the Mask" that has been the subject of various literary criticisms over the years. Because of the poem’s indirectness and generalized ambiguity, the interpretation of the “we” that wears the “mask” and why they do so is left unanimously undisclosed. Some argue that the subject is the black while others argue that the subject is all mankind. No matter who was Dunbar's subject, it's agreed that wear the mask describes to hide behind a “mask” that conceals our true emotions and selves.

Flight Mask

When a guy put his balls over a girls eyes, and has his penis hangs down over her nose. This move was invented at one of Robb B.'s most recent druken sausage party. He was attempting to T-bag his partner and his partner slipped on some KY and fell onto Robb's face. Hence giving him a Flight Mask.

Robb stated that he sometimes has a hard time breathing while wearing a Flight Mask.

Mask Mania

When people blindly or religiously follow the directives of the authorities to wear a face mask at all times, as two barriers are debatably better than one—the sick person wears one, and the well person also wears one to protect themselves and others regardless of where they are in public at any time of the day, and whether they are alone or not.

Are these examples of mask mania? Cab drivers sitting in car by themselves wearing masks. People walking their dogs outdoors wearing masks, and nobody near them. People wearing masks at home, because they want to protect their pets.

Keansburg mask

When you get sunburn on your face from working at or attending Keansburg Amusement Park/Runaway Rapids in Keansburg, NJ. Newbies to the park normally get them.

Person 1: "How was the boardwalk Keansburg?"
Person 2: "Not bad, but my face feels awful."
