Depression is when you feel left out.Not wanted.No one likes you.You feel like everything is your fault.Like you should have never been born into this world.Like being alive is the last thing you want.You tiny voices in your head saying your not enough or should just end it all.But depression is also something you could be helped with.If you are someone who just looked this up and have this,please call 1-800-273-8255 and you will talk about everything that’s making you sad and depressed and you will have all confidence back.

When your entire world seems black and white. Certain people may alter that, colors may appear in a certain place or with your best friend. You are almost numb, and your happiness is pretend, vague, or a bit of both. A lot of people are afraid to get help because they don't know a life without it. In worst cases they've never or can't remember a life without it. You are often constantly exhausted even when you are not even close to sleep deprived. It's hard to do 'easy' things. There is a major lack of physical and mental motivation to wake up, leave the house, do homework, and other things. Combining depression with anxiety makes your life a living hell. The struggle to find someone who understands you is huge. Loneliness overcomes yourself and you fake feeling to please others. You pretend you don't think about killing yourself. You pretend you don't have several years worth of self harm scars on your arms. You pretend you don't think that the world would be way better without you. People underestimate people with depression. They are sensitive badasses.

My depression has gotten worse over the past year.

Depression

Depression is when you feel so emotionally terrible and ill that sometimes you feel like you don’t want to exist or just wanna fucking die every single day as you are falling into a never ending pit of sadness and melancholy. Sometimes you feel like it’s gonna be okay but then you feel it hit you and your face is drenched in tears. People throw this word around too much like “oh I’m so depressed” because you just wanna hide your hurting, especially when they post it online.
So people who haven’t felt depression before listen: if your family member, friend or just someone you know looks like they have depression.. talk to them. I would’ve killed myself if it hadn’t been for my mother asking me if I had depression.

Person: are you okay dude?
Person 2: no..
Person: why?
Person 2: I have depression

Person: it’s just a phase, everyone says they have depression 😒
