A person who's so self-centered, they think the world revolves around them - like a chihuahua chasing its own tail. You can spot a Chuntbag from a mile away, with their puffed-up ego and their trademark Chuntbag strut. If you ever find yourself in a conversation with a Chuntbag, be warned - they'll talk about themselves so much, you'll feel like you're trapped in a one-person monologue.
