This longstanding joke plays on the fact that Rockstar Game's next installment of their GTA video game series has taken over a decade for them to release; with their last GTA game released in 2013.

The joke's been beaten to death and is used on almost every post, but until the game releases, they're not wrong.

Not literally meaning such, this saying instead suggests that the person saying it has qualities of a dog. Loyalty, protectiveness, strength, etc.

When your old retired white-man-privelidge neighbor from Boston stops passers by and engages them in awkward conversations that last way too long because he never developed hobbies or interests outside of his work and now he’s lonely, nosy, desperate for attention, and trying to meddle in everyone’s business.

The poor neighbors were walking by and Got Bobbed for ten minutes while trying to get away.

Hyena Crips Got Control (83GC)

Phrase and tag used by the Eighty-Three Gangster Crips (aka Hyena Crips) from Detroit’s Five Points area. It’s both a slogan and turf marker meaning their street crew runs or “got control” of the neighborhood.
