refugitive

A portmanteau of the words "refugee" and "fugitive", to accurately describe the treatment of refugees as fugitives by facilitating them in isolated and guarded camps as they do criminals.

Examples of countries which exercise this sort of treatment include Australia, infamous for its xenophobic and sensational attention to border security. Refugitives are a controversial topic there, and were the deciding issue in the 2001 election.

repugnance

noun - Same as repugnancy. Disgust, repulsion, abhorrence, revulsion, offensive. In a state of being repugnant.

1. I'm a vegetarian. Any repugnance you detect on my part, therefore, is not a reflection on the quality of food, but rather disgust that an animal was killed in order to create that food.
2. I fear that President Trump's offensive language will result in repugnance from foreign dignitaries.
