rear-view regret

n. The feeling of instantaneous regret/remorse when one's disregard for rules goes immediately and horribly wrong.


Often experienced while driving when one looks in the the rear-view mirror and sees the flashing lights of the po po.

This feeling is commonly coupled with acts like running a red light, ignoring speed limits, and overall unnecessary silly acts with a car.

I sped. I followed too closely. I ran a stop sign. I almost hit a Chevy. I sped some more. I failed to yield at a crosswalk. I changed lanes at the intersection. I changed lanes without signaling while running a red light and *speeding*!

Regretful retrogression

When you hold a repeating error, in your mind. That you won’t forgive yourself for, because you realize against your better judgement. Thinking less of your self, your relationship with your significant other you made a decision that have abruptly affect all future experiences for love to fall short from the one true.

This pain I hold so deep because of my family’s views and how society would view us a whole that I have a gaping whole in my chest bellowed with Regretful retrogression.

this can cover an accidental gay expierence , a larger than life woman , or any other situation you wake into and instantly regret the ammount you drank the night before

After showering thoroughly Tom recieved a phone call

" You coming to the pub?"

A whimpered reply came back

"No...im not leaving home today i have suffered the glutes of regret !!"
