More serious than emphasisema --- a somewhat-similar but less-acute/chronic coughing/wheezing condition caused by habitually speaking urgently/loudly about unimportant topics --- it is generally only treatable by diligently avoiding all forms of "meaningless adjectives", even the "milder" or "imitation" phrases.
