Spoken in a flat tone after a statement in which the speaker is shocked by the stupidness of the act or statement in which the speaker is commenting on. Not to be confused with, So, seriously, or So-seriously which is separated by a comma or a dash and is a phrase that is actually meant to convey 'actual' seriousness.

In reference to "Hug a Lutheran Day" has anyone actually spoken to any of these so-called Lutherans who go around hugging one-another? So seriously. Like Lutherans actually hug one-another.
