One who poo's or has sharded himself and then continues to check with moisture to discover a chunk or two and complete this gesture by flinging the "poo" at someone.

kid1-"Hey i just farted soo bad and it was a wet one"
kid2-"Hahaha lemme guess, u crapped yourself!"
kid1-"Dunno, lemme check....omg nasty, Catch!!!"
