Verb - Poker reference. A "family pot" excluding the Scotty. This only occurs when all players are in pre-flop for the minimum "big blind" amount except for the one guy (the Scotty) who didn't drop the 1 shekel to see if his crap cards would hit the board.

A "True Scotty" is when the victim is actually named Scotty.
