itchy scrotum

1)when a mans ball sac is very itchy and it will not go away and if you scratch it you are in danger of tearing it. e.g. OUCH!!! rubbing it does not also work, don't know why it just don't.

scrotum of the ying

a phrase used by a mother describing a medical problem with her underdeveloped 9 year old son, in a phone conversation with her sister. To avoid being explicit about which of her sons she's describing, she uses the word "ying" which is a contraction of "yingele", a Yiddish word meaning "young one."

However "little pitchers have big ears" or "weird scrotums" and both boys overheard and knew.

"...and so the doctor looked at the "scrotum of the ying" and...."

The child actor that starred in the 80s sitcom, "Silver Spoons". As an adult, he later went on to star in "NYPD Blue". His acting skills are highly overrated.

I've never liked Itchy Scrotum, he sucked in both Silver Spoons and NYPD Blue.

1.) Displace part of your scrotum in a jar.
2.) To have your scrotum tongued by a scraggy badger.
