Noun. A Puggerfugger is a random "pick up group" member who is absolutely terrible or intentionally loses a game for his team. They are the worst teammate to have because they fear no repercussion for their actions and will probably never see you again anyway.

This puggerfugger is throwing the game on purpose!

Im not playing without a full team. I dont want to risk a puggerfugger teammate showing up.
