A tall, lanky, ugly, skinny, druggy crackhead. It's one thing to see him, it's another to see him open his mouth. Man oh man. Dude got beat with the ugly stick....twice. I cant figure out what is going on. No ass. Protruding stomach....is he pregnant? Busted teeth. I mean busted. Not only busted, but rotten. Rotten,busted, ugly ass, no ass, skinny, lanky druggy. Sells drugs to make friends. Only reason anyone speaks to him is to buy drugs. What a pathetic way to live. What a pathetic way to look, I mean daaaamn.

A geoffery is a prime example of "crack kills".

Derogatory. A mentally handicapped person, a retard.

Possibly derived from the name of Heol Goffa 'Special' School in Llanelli, South Wales, however its use has spread much further afield.

Its use can be accompanied by a special hand gesture and jib to emphasise the point:
The jib is accomplished by placing your tongue in front of your bottom teeth and pushing your bottom lip outwards, and crossing your eyes.
The hand gesture consists simply of slapping the back of one limp hand with the other.

Person 1: Shit, I just locked my keys in the car.
Person 2: Hur hur, you goffa! *pulls face and slaps hand*

Another name for the common word "faggot". Gaffet is often used while talking on myspace to one of your amigos. Gaffett is written with a G and not an F often becuase the two letters are seemingly right next to each other.Sometimes used to talk pointless shit on myspace.
